Does the right of return apply to all products?

Products manufactured or modified according to the customer's wishes have no right of exchange or return. Such products include, for example, products engraved according to customer's wishes and skis with bindings installed according to the customer's ski boot size. Face masks have no right of return if the package has been opened or the product has been fitted.
