How do I change and return products?

If you decide to return the products you have ordered from the Intersport web store, please follow the instructions below for easy and effortless return. Products purchased from the web store cannot be returned or exchanged in Intersport stores. Products purchased from the Intersport web store have 30 days return policy from the time of order pickup. 

Specially delivered products (skis, bicycles, and large fitness equipment) contact our customer service.

 

1. Leave a return notification

Sign up for a refund by signing in to your user account or by going directly to the return page. If you have placed an order while logged in to the web store, you must also sign up for a refund by logging into your user account. An order placed as an unregistered customer will be returned via the return link. You can order a return link to your email from return page.

After logging in, proceed to complete the return notification. Go to "Tilaukset, vaihto ja palautus". Choose the right order and mark all the products you want to return or exchange. The exchange is only possible within the same item number, to a different color and/or size. Make sure you choose the correct products. If required, please also fill in your bank account number. Send the form only after you have marked all the products you want tor return or exchange from the order. The form can not be edited after submission.

2. Prepare the package for return

Pack the products in the package and attach the order confirmation you received with your order. Make sure you return the same products that you have marked on the return form. 

• Ensure that all product labels are still attached to the products.

• The product must be in unused condition at the time of return. The sales packaging must also be in good condition for sale (eg shoe box)

• Please note that in product sets all parts must be returned.

Before closing the package, remove the return address label from the back of the order confirmation you received and glue it on top of the original address label. Do not glue the address label in the sales package of the product.

3. Take the parcel to the pick up point

Make sure that you have attached the return address label to the package. Return the parcel by using the same company as on the delivery. Return the package to the delivery companys service point or package locker. You can find all service points via the delivery companys website.

If you are unable to use your return address label, you can make a return using our customer return number. Return number for Posti and DB Schenker is 640323 and for Matkahuolto the number is 9522285. OBS! In this case, the DB Schenker package has to be delivered by Posti.

4. Refund

As a registered user, you can track the progress of the return shipping from Tilaushallinta in your client account. If you have paid for your order via online bank or debit card, we will automatically refund your money once the return has been processed at our warehouse. The refund will be paid back to the same payment method. If necessary, our customer service will be in contact with you in case the automatic refund to your online bank fails. It will take up to 14 days for the refund to be paid once the order has been returned to our warehouse.

If you have chosen an invoice (Intersport invoice and installment payment) as your payment method and have returned your entire order according to the instructions, you do not have to pay the invoice at all. If you return some of the products you have ordered, you can deduct the refund amount from the total amount of the invoice. In the case of a installment payment, the amount of your refund will be automatically deducted from the last installments of your installment plan. This will help you get your credit settled faster. If you have already paid the invoice but you are returning the product, please send your contact infos and bank account number by email to hello@walley.fi under the heading Walley/suorituksen palautus. Visit my.walley.fi to view your payment plan and, if necessary, to postpone your due dates. You can also control your payments with Walley app.

Replacement products will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the return has been processed. Shipments will be notified by email with a new shipping confirmation.

 

*Skis + binding-sets where the bindings have been installed via drilling, can't be returned.
