The return form can only be filled out once per order. If your order has been delivered in more than one part (multi-package shipment), all returned products should be reported on one form.
However, if you already have filled out the return form and still want to return other products, the return can be made using the return label that was delivered to you with your order. The return label can be found at the back of the shipment list for the partial delivery in question.
If you don't have a return label, you can make a return using the return code of your transport company. Posti and DB Schenker returns are made to the Posti service point with code 640323. For Matkahuolto service points, use code 9522285.

The return is free of charge when you use the return label or the transport company's return code. More detailed instructions for making a return can be found here.
If you want, you can report the products you will return to our customer service, but the return process is also possible without a separate notification. Exchange for a product is no longer possible once the return notice has been filled out. If you want to change the size or color of the product, you can order the product again. If the price has changed, you can ask our customer service for a discount code for a new order. Note that the new product must have the same product number as in your previous order for the discount code to work. Please note that we can issue a discount code only for an online store order, not for an Intersport store order.
