Is it possible to exchange products?

All products ordered from Intersport web store have a 30-day return policy starting from the moment when the product was picked up. You can change the size or color of the product while returning the product. It's not possible to change the product for a different product.

When logged in to the club, you can place an exchange and return notification in "Tilaukset, vaihto ja palautus". As an unregistered customer, order a link from here to submit an exchange and return notification.

The product can only be replaced once per order. Before submitting the form, mark all products on the return form.

An item purchased from an online store cannot be replaced at the store. Specially delivered products such as bikes or excercise machines can not be exchanged, only returned.
