You can make a product claim to a any Intersport store, even if it was bought from the webstore.
If you'll be making the claim to the store, you need to have your order confirmation with you. The order confirmation has been sent to your e-mail when you made your purchase. If you don't have your order confirmation, you can download the order confirmation from your club page as a pdf-file.
Bicycles, hockey and floorball sticks, and downhill and cross country skis must be returned to the original place of purchase.
