The return and claim process time depends on the amount of return packages at our warehouse. Return and claims are handled in arriving order. They will be handled latest 14 days after the package has arrived at the warehouse.
We will notify via e-mail when the return/claim has been handled and refund has been processed. Depending on your choice of payment method, the refund will be paid within 1 to 7 business days after your return/claim has been processed. If you have changed the product, it will be sent on its way on the same day or the next bank day.
