What if my product is damaged or defective?

If the product is damaged or defective, or you have received the wrong product, please fill in the complaint form (reklamaatioilmoitus) and send the product back to our warehouse as soon as possible.

Alternatively, you can claim the product at any Intersport store in Finland. If you are claiming the product at the Intersport store, please bring along a proof of purchase (order confirmation.) If needed, you will get the order confirmation from our customer service.

Bicycles, hockey and floorball sticks, and downhill and cross country skis must be returned to the original place of purchase.

If the product is part of a product set, you have to return the whole set, even if the problem appears only in one product.

If you have bought the product over a year ago, please contact our customer service.

Instructions for returning products

Return the product in the same way you have ordered it. Use the enclosed return label to send back your product. Do not attach the return label to the products sales packaging. Pack the product so that it can not get damaged or wet during transportation. Intersport does not pay for packaging materials. If the product is part of a product set, you have to return the whole set.

If you do not have a return label, please include shipping list or your contact details and order number in the parcel.

If your order has been delivered by Posti or DB Schenker, return the product via Posti. Use our Posti’s customer number 640323 and our return address (see below) and return the parcel to any Post office. If you are returning the product via Matkahuolto, use our Matkahuolto's customer number 9522285 and our return address and return the parcel to any Matkahuolto’s office.
