Parcels delivered to Posti service points or parcel lockers and home delivery parcels that have been in delivery, will be stored for 7 days by Posti. The storage time can be longer if the recipient has bought more storage time from Omaposti.
Matkahuolto stores parcels in their service points and parcel lockers for 7 days.
DB Schenker stores packages in their service points for 14 days.
If the parcel hasn't been picked up in terms of storage time, the parcel will be shipped back to the sender. An unpicked order is considered as a cancelled order and it will be compensated to the client. We do not send the parcel back to the client if it returns to us.
