Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately it is not possible to change the products (size ,color etc.) after the order has been processed nor is it possible to add or delete products from the order after it has been made.

If you have ordered wrong products, you can notify our customer service that you want to cancel the order. It's possible to cancel the order, if it has not been handled at our warehouse.

If the order has been processed and sent, it can not be cancelled. In this case, you can pick up your order and make a return or you can choose not to pick it up, in this situation the package will automatically be sent back to our warehouse, this usually takes more time. We will not charge you for the un-collected package.
