We need your bank account number in the following situations:
- You have used a payment method with your order that we cannot refund automatically. Such payment methods are S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken and Oma Säästöpankki.
- Your order has included products delivered from several warehouses, so the products you returned will be processed at different warehouses. The payment method you used with the order only allows one automatic refund, so we ask for the account number for the refund of other products.
- Your order has already been refunded for something by customer service, and the following refunds cannot be made automatically.
- An error has occurred in the payment transaction of your order, and automatic refund is not possible due to incomplete payment information.
Regarding online payments, the payments are forwarded and, if necessary, refunded by Paytrail. If necessary, Paytrail sends an account number inquiry by email. The email contains a link where you can enter your account number securely.
