If the product is damaged or defective, or you have received the wrong product, you can return it to our warehouse.
Defective item: If you have received a defective product, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service.
Instructions for returning products
Return the product in the same way you ordered it. Use the enclosed return label to send back your product. Read more about returning products.
If you do not have a return label, please return the product via Posti or Matkahuolto delivery methods. Please include a shipping list, your contact details and bank account number in the parcel.
If you are returning the product via Posti, use our Posti’s customer number 640323 and our return address (see below) and return the parcel to any Post office. If you are returning product via Matkahuolto, use our return address and return the parcel to the Matkahuolto’s office.
