Instructions for returning products
In case you decide to return or change products bought from Intersport webshop, please, follow the instructions below to make the returning simple and easy. You can also always contact our customer service directly.
1. Leave a return announcement
Make a return announcement by logging into your own account or order a link to your email by filling in the field on the page: RETURNING
After the log in / clicking the ordered link, continue to fill in the return announcement. Click JÄTÄ ILMOITUS (LEAVE AN ANNOUNCEMENT) button in tilauslistaus (the order list) and move to the next section.
Mark down the products you want to return (palautan) or change (vaihdan) and check that you marked the right products. If you change the products, choose the right replacement product. Also fill in your bank account number., if asked. Check that your address is correct.

2. Prepare the Package
Pack the products to a package and include the order confirmation (tilausvahvistus) you got together with your order. Order confirmation is a document about the products you have ordered. Make sure you return the same products as you have marked to the return announcement online.
- Check that the products still have all the relevant product labels.
- If you want to return a product it must be in an unused condition
- Please, note, if you return a product set, which consists of more than one piece, all the pieces need to be returned.
Before closing the package remove the return label (palautusrahtikirja) from the other side of the order confirmation (tilausvahvistus) and attach it to the package on top of the old waybill (rahtikirja). Do not attach the return label to the products sales packaging.
3. Bring the package to a returning point
Make sure you have attached the return label to the package. Bring the package to the postal office where you picked up your order. The package will be sent to our warehouse.
Sometimes Posti requires Helposti-code in order to make the return. You can get the code from here https://www.posti.fi/private/returnparcel/index.html You will find your item ID on your delivery confirmation.
As a registered user you can follow the returning process on your own account under Tilaushallinta. The money will be paid back to the payment method you used in your order in approximately 14 days after the returned package has arrived to our warehouse.
If you have chosen bill as your payment method and you return some of the products, you can reduce the refund amount from the total amount of your bill. In the case of a part payment the amount of your refund will be automatically deducted from the last installments of your payment plan.
We will send the replacement product during the processing of the return. Shipping information will be delivered to the email address used for the order.
