I can't change the size/color of my product but it's available at the web shop. What should I do?

If you can't make a exchange notification for your product but the product is still available in the web store, this is because the product is not available in our main warehouse. Exchanges can only be made for main warehouses products.

In this case you can place a new order for the product you want in exchange and you can return the original product according to our return instructions.

If the price of the product has changed or you would have to pay another delivery costs for ordering the replacement product, you can request a discount code from our customer service.
