I can't change the size/color of my product but it's available at the web shop. What should I do?

If you can't exchange your product on the return form but the product is still available in the web store, this is because the product is not available in our main warehouse or the product is a special delivery product (bike etc.) Exchanges can only be made for main warehouse products that are delivered with standard delivery methods.

The exchange is only possible within the same item number, to a different color and/or size. For example an exchange can't be made from plus size -collection to a normal sizing item, even though the product name is the same. 

You can place a new order for the product that you want in exchange and you can return the original product according to our return instructions.

If the price of the product has changed or you would have to pay another delivery costs, you can request a discount code from our customer service.
