How can I track my order?

Once the payment has been successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation in your email. Your order confirmation will confirm that your order has been received. If you have not received your order confirmation even after the payment has been made, please contact our customer service by using the form. You will also see the status of your order on your user account when you log in to the web store.

A confirmation of delivery will be sent to your email once the order has been collected from our warehouse and shipped. The shipping confirmation will include the shipping ID of your order, which you can use to track the delivery of your order.
