My web store order didn't register K-Plussa points. What do I do?

Registering K-Plussa points afterwards is not possible. If your order has not been sent yet, you can ask if it is possible to cancel the order. Then you can place a new order with a Plussa card.

To cancel the order, select "Tilaus ja toimitus" -> "Tilauksen peruuttamista" as the contact subject on the customer service form.
